Food & Beverage Director
Lead the food and beverage operations of a growing hospitality property, overseeing restaurant, bar, and banquet/catering operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, developing teams, and creating a strong guest experience across multiple outlets.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a full-service restaurant
- Hotel and/or catering experience preferred
- Outgoing, hands-on leader with a visible presence on the floor
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train, and schedule food and beverage staff
- Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and banquet/catering operations
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and ordering
- Monitor budgets and analyze profit margins
- Plan for future staffing, supply, and operational needs
- Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, and overall operations
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
