Qualifications:
- Multi-unit culinary leadership experience strongly preferred.
- High-end seafood and refined menu-development expertise required.
- Fine dining or elevated chef-driven restaurant experience.
- Strong menu engineering, food-cost management, and financial discipline.
- Lead culinary strategy, menu development, and execution across three concepts.
- Oversee recipe costing, purchasing, food cost, kitchen systems, and BOH standards.
- Coach and develop Executive Chefs while strengthening training and accountability.
- Partner with FOH leadership and ownership to improve consistency, efficiency, and profitability.
