- Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an F&B Management role
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a high-end restaurant
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a high-volume cocktail bar
- Experience in a 5-star hotel preferred
- Barista experience preferred
- Competition achievements preferred
- European Bartender School preferred
- WSET Level 2 or higher preferred
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure service consistently meets standards
- Lead, train, schedule, and develop the bar team, including performance management and onboarding
- Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, supplier relationships, and cost controls
- Monitor budgets, expenses, cash reporting, and overall financial performance of the bar
- Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail, wine, digestif, and beverage programs and participate actively in service
- Handle guest relations and service recovery while building relationships with regulars and VIP guests
- Work closely with the GM, Head Sommelier, and other departments to drive revenue, improve operations, and ensure smooth communication
