What You’ll Do

Provide personal care and comfort to hospice patients in Kent & Ionia counties.

Travel within a defined territory with mileage reimbursed

Work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team

Qualifications
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed or registered in the state in which they currently practice
- Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
- Completed health statements acknowledging the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Proof of current automobile insurance.
- TB testing per agency policy
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduated from an approved training and competency course.
ETHICS, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND POLICY COMPLIANCE
- Maintains the agency's mission, philosophy, and core values.
- Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures regarding operations/processes, including, but not limited to, those related to patient care, patient complaints, incidents, safety, and emergency management.
- Always maintains patient confidentiality, including all HIPAA regulations.
Salary : $18 - $22
