What You’ll Do:
• Provide compassionate hospice care in patients’ homes and in facilities within Kent & Ionia counties
• Participate in a fair, rotating on-call schedule with extra pay
• Coordinate care plans with an interdisciplinary team
• Support patients and families with education and emotional care
What We’re Looking For:
• Current RN license in Michigan
• At least one year of nursing experience (hospice preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a heart for end-of-life care
