The Care Team - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Isabella/Gratiot Counties
Day-shift Hospice CNA — no nights, no weekends, paid holidays off!
Join our growing team! The Care Team Hospice is looking for a Full-Time CNA in Isabella and Gratiot Counties, MI. The primary hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications
- Maintains the agency's mission, philosophy, and core values.
- Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures regarding operations/processes, including but not limited to those regarding patient care, patient complaints, incidents, safety, and emergency management.
- Always maintains patient confidentiality, including all HIPAA regulations.
Regulatory Requirements
- Licensed or registered in the state in which currently practices
- Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
- Completed health statements acknowledging the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Valid state drivers license.
- Proof of current automobile insurance.
- TB testing per agency policy
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate from an approved training and competency course.
