Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
No nights. No Weekends. Tuition Reimbursement for LPN/RN Path.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides personal care services to hospice patients in their homes or facility settings, supporting comfort, safety, and daily needs as part of the interdisciplinary care team.
Schedule, Hours & Territory
• Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Assigned coverage area determined by branch needs and patient census

Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care, hygiene, and comfort measures
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Support patients and families with compassion and respect
• Document care provided accurately and timely in the EMR HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
• Active CNA certification
• Hospice aide experience preferred
• Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred
Field Role Requirements
• Active driver’s license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Current TB testing in accordance with agency policy
• Current CPR certification as required for the role
