Come join our growing team! The Care Team is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse, Hospice, in the Flint, MI area. This role is Monday through Friday with flexible daytime scheduling. While our standard hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, for this position, we are specifically seeking a nurse who is open to a later daytime schedule, such as 10 am to 6 pm, 11 am to 7 pm, 12 pm to 8 pm, and a Tuesday-Saturday schedule or similar hours that support patient care needs. We can be flexible on hours/days.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides constant and ongoing care for elderly and terminally ill patients by evaluating patient needs, creating care plans, and providing end-of-life support to patients and their families. Works in a collaborative, team-driven environment that requires frequent communication with other Care Team members.
Qualifications:Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Maintains the agency's mission, philosophy and core values.
- Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures regarding operations/processes, including but not limited to those regarding patient care, patient complaints, incidents, safety and emergency management.
- Always maintains patient confidentiality, including all HIPAA regulations.
Regulatory Requirements
- Licensed or registered in the state in which currently practices
- Must pass a criminal background check & MVR check.
- Completed health statement acknowledging ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Valid state drivers license. Proof of current automobile insurance.
- Current CPR card;
- TB testing per agency policy;
