BDC Sales Representative (Honda)

Location: Vista, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $16.90/hr Bonus

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated BDC Sales Representative to join our Honda team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping create a positive and seamless experience from the very first call or message. If you have great phone etiquette, strong customer service skills, and enjoy connecting with people—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming sales calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Connect with customers via phone, text, and email based on their preferred communication style
• Schedule appointments and test drives for prospective buyers
• Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and improve overall satisfaction (CSI)
• Reach out to missed appointments (no-shows) to reschedule opportunities
• Provide updates on vehicle availability, orders, and general inquiries
• Support the sales team by helping maintain a smooth and organized customer experience

• Comfortable using CRM systems, texting, and email platforms
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
