What You’ll Do
- Vehicle Reception and Coordination:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership's service area.
- Collect necessary vehicle information, such as model, mileage, and service history, to initiate the service process.
- Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth handoff of vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
- Parking and Retrieving Vehicles
- Verify the accuracy of vehicle documentation and services performed before returning the vehicle to the customer.
- Provide clear explanations of the services performed and any additional recommendations from the service team.
- Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
- Full-time availability and at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in operating various vehicles, including manual transmission
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
