What You’ll Do
- Work with warm leads generated from our Service Department, lease maturities, customer follow-ups, and dealership opportunities
- Build relationships with existing customers and identify vehicle upgrade or trade-in opportunities
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact to delivery
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Follow up with customers through phone, email, and text communication
- Provide a high level of customer service and create a VIP buying experience
- Work closely with our sales and service teams to maximize customer retention opportunities
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but strong customer service or relationship-building experience okay!
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face in a service drive setting.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM tools a plus
