What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the vehicle buying process from start to finish
- Build relationships with in-store and online guests
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features confidently
- Work closely with management to close deals and deliver a seamless experience
- Follow up with customers to build long-term loyalty and referrals
- Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Sales experience required, with a strong emphasis on commission-based or performance-driven roles
- Strong communication skills
- A professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
