A well-established residential plumbing company in West Cleveland is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join its growing team. This is a service-focused role ideal for a plumber who enjoys diagnosing issues, providing solutions to homeowners, and completing quality work during normal business hours.
This position offers a commission-based pay structure with a guaranteed base, a company vehicle, and a balanced schedule — no nights, weekends, or emergency calls.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-based pay with guaranteed base pay (Make over 6 figures)
- 20% commission
- Company vehicle provided
- Dispatched from home or shop (your choice)
- Benefits available after approximately 60 days

Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service and repair work, including diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Clearly explain issues, solutions, and recommended solutions to homeowners
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Accurately document work performed and materials used
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
- Provide professional, respectful customer service on every call
Qualifications
- Journeyman-level residential plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and service background
- Comfortable working independently in residential settings
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners
- No plumbing license required
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Daytime service calls only
- No nights, weekends, or emergency work
