We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a growing residential and light commercial HVAC team.

This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys challenging diagnostics, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to work on more than just standard furnace and AC calls. You’ll have the opportunity to service a wide range of equipment including boilers, hydronic systems, tankless water heaters, mini-splits, rooftop units, controls, and specialty mechanical systems.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and rooftop units
• Diagnose and repair boilers and hydronic heating systems
• Service and troubleshoot tankless water heaters
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identify repair and replacement needs and clearly explain options to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
• Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience on every call
• Continue building technical skills through training and hands-on experience

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of HVAC service and repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to independently manage service calls
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Experience

• Boiler and hydronic heating systems
• Tankless water heaters
• Commercial HVAC service
• Controls and advanced diagnostics
• EPA Certification
• NATE Certification
• Presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
