We’re hiring a hands-on Field Operations Manager to oversee technicians, scheduling, dispatch, inventory, performance, and day-to-day field operations.
This is a great fit for someone who knows how to keep a service team organized, productive, and accountable. Pest control or wildlife experience is preferred, but we’re also open to strong leaders from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, landscaping, or other field service industries.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of field technicians
- Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch
- Adjust routes and workloads as priorities change
- Hold technicians accountable for attendance, quality, productivity, and customer service
- Track team goals, KPIs, callbacks, and job completion
- Coach and develop technicians
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
- Oversee inventory, tools, equipment, and vehicle needs
- Ensure technicians have the materials needed to complete jobs
- Resolve customer escalations and field issues
- Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards
- Communicate regularly with ownership on team performance and business needs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous field operations, service management, dispatch, or technician leadership experience
- Experience managing employees working in the field
- Strong scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to hold people accountable and drive performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, or field service software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- *Pest control or wildlife experience is strongly preferred, but not required.*
Compensation
- $65,000–$70,000 base salary
