Business Development Rep – Commercial/Industrial HVAC

Base Uncapped Commission
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, GCs, and property managers
- Generate new HVAC service, maintenance, and construction opportunities
- Manage accounts and act as a trusted advisor
- Network locally and support business development efforts
- Partner with ops and estimating teams to win projects
- Spend most time in the field meeting clients
What We’re Looking For:
- HVAC/mechanical sales, BD, or account management experience
or strong HVAC background with interest in sales - Proven ability to build relationships and generate business
- Self-starter with a “hunter” mindset
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
