Job Description
Best Ford is urgently hiring a full-time Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our busy and well-organized Parts Department. This individual will help manage the intake, organization, and shipment of automotive parts inventory while assisting both the parts counter staff and delivery drivers. The right candidate will bring a positive, team-oriented mindset and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Full training will be provided.
Job Type & Schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (subject to change based on workload)
Work Requirements:
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Ability to Commute: Nashua, NH (Required)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
Receive and check in daily stock and special-order parts
Pull and restock inventory items as directed
Maintain organized and accurate inventory under guidance of the Parts Manager
Support parts counter team members as needed
Assist drivers by loading delivery vehicles efficiently and safely
Use scanners and computers to track inventory, print bin labels, and manage emails
Qualifications
1 year of automotive parts or shipping/warehouse experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn
High level of initiative with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
Forklift operation experience preferred; must be able to get certified
Basic computer skills including email and inventory systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
