What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk / Material Handler position at Exothermics, Inc.?
Shipping and Receiving:
· Processing records for products shipped and received at Company.
· Detail oriented and able to follow procedures
· Verify incoming shipments. Manage MSDS requirements per Company procedures.
· Notify recipients of incoming items via Company system.
· Distribute or store received items per Company procedures.
· Maintain Customer Property cage and inventory as directed.
· Maintain production and shipping supplies.
· Package shipments per Company standards and ship via UPS Worldship.
· Maintain shipping documents.
Experience Required:
· Basic computer skills / Microsoft Office required
· UPS WorldShip (preferred but not required)
· International Shipping (preferred but not required)
· Forklift operations (**may be asked to run a forklift during interview)
· MSDS training (preferred but not required)
