About The Role
Best Ford is experiencing strong growth and is seeking an experienced, driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about the automotive industry, and is motivated to maximize team performance and dealership profitability. Responsibilities
Train, develop, and motivate a professional sales team to achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins
Desk deals and develop a winning strategy for every transaction to maximize profitability
Ensure every customer receives an exceptional purchase experience from first contact to delivery
Oversee all deal paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance with local standards
Monitor sales performance and provide real-time coaching and accountability to the team
Collaborate with the General Manager on forecasting, inventory management, and market strategy
Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of successful automotive sales management experience required
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, hold accountable, and develop a sales team
Strong working knowledge of dealership sales operations and F&I processes
Results-driven and self-motivated with a high-energy, assertive approach
Used car buying and appraising experience a plus
Auto manufacturer master sales and/or management certifications a plus
High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
