TAG Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our Environmental Contracting and Consulting client. This person will be a part of the Construction and Contracting Division.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in environmental construction, including Underground (UST) and Aboveground (AST) Storage tank installations, upgrades, removals, and remediation, as well as concrete, excavation, and general site construction.
**This is a field-based position involving regular travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret project specifications, drawings, and plans to execute project scope effectively.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor field personnel to complete projects safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all company policies and client requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, regulators, subcontractors, and internal project management teams.
- Conduct daily site reporting, safety inspections, and site safety meetings.
- Oversee site activities and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum 3 years of field experience working with petroleum equipment systems.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project excellence.
- 40-hour OSHA certification preferred.
- NJ, PA, DE, or MD storage tank certifications a plus.
- UST/AST installation, removal, and upgrades
- Tank piping systems, spill, overfill, and containment systems
- Tank monitoring and fuel management systems
- Heavy equipment operation
- General and concrete/masonry construction
- Mechanical and electrical systems

- Environmental remediation
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening and physical.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
