Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to run multiple job sites and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations across 12 active sites in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily operations on multiple construction sites
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members
- Plan and coordinate construction activities and schedules
- Supervise crews and hold them accountable for quality, safety, and productivity
- Track job progress and report updates, issues, and solutions
- Schedule and manage inspections
- Enforce safety rules and quality standards on every job site
- Order materials, tools, and equipment; track inventory and maintenance
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Troubleshoot problems and handle on-site issues or emergencies as they arise
- Jump in and work hands-on when needed—lead by example
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Site Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, job sequencing, and site operations
- Knowledge of local safety, health, and quality regulations
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once without losing control
- Solid communication skills—you can deal with crews, subs, and clients professionally
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to keep teams motivated and productive
