General Contractor
in Pinellas County, FL seeking an experienced
Assistant Project Manager
to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule and budget compliance
- Prepare, review, and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support in developing project schedules and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with field supervision and project stakeholders to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience as an APM or Project Engineer with a commercial GC
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
