- Manage day-to-day project operations across projects that may include ground-up residential, mixed-use, municipal, academic, and renovation/addition work.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, staffing plans, material flow, and equipment requirements to support successful execution in the field.
- Monitor and direct construction progress through close coordination with on-site Superintendents and project teams.
- Lead subcontractor coordination and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders to keep projects organized and on track.
- Maintain project logs, reports, and document control using Procore and related project management tools.
- Review drawings and specifications, provide technical interpretation, and help drive practical construction solutions when issues arise in the field.
- Coordinate on-site functions including scheduling, engineering support, material control, and oversight of project-related administrative activity.
- Manage financial aspects of the project including contract administration, cost control, change management, and protecting the company’s overall interests.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety expectations, and company work rules across all assigned operations.
- Represent the company in project meetings and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.
- Help identify and resolve issues early to keep work progressing smoothly through all phases of construction.
