Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint throughout the Atlantic District.
Mentor and guide a cohort of sales associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success.
Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and local business leaders.
Monitor performance metrics and refine tactics to ensure we reach our regional goals.
Represent our company at community functions and regional industry events.
Identify market trends that allow us to better support our clients with innovative coverage options.
Requirements
Active Maryland Life and Health Insurance License.
Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or high-level account management.
Deep understanding of the local Maryland market and carrier relations.
Strong track record of mentoring or leading small sales initiatives.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
