Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Five or more years of experience managing sales operations or leading insurance production teams.

Demonstrated history of growing market share and exceeding revenue targets.

Deep understanding of the Vermont insurance marketplace and local business dynamics.

Strong command of agency management systems and data-driven sales reporting.

Capability to mentor and develop emerging sales talent through direct coaching.

Design and implement forward-thinking sales strategies that align with our long-term growth objectives.

Lead, motivate, and mentor our sales team to achieve their individual and collective milestones.

Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards for client service.

Build and maintain meaningful partnerships with local stakeholders to broaden our reach in Burlington.

Analyze performance data regularly to identify gaps, refine our tactics, and optimize our sales funnel.

Foster a collaborative office environment where ideas are encouraged and professional development is prioritized.
