Responsibilities
Oversee and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial and personal insurance accounts by identifying new opportunities.
Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients to ensure they have the protection they actually need.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our agency growth goals while maintaining high service standards.
Coordinate with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve policy disputes for our clients.
Mentor and support junior staff members to foster a culture of shared knowledge and professional development.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and networking functions throughout Chesterfield.
Requirements
Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales pipelines.
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining professional client relationships.
Advanced proficiency in using agency management software and digital documentation platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complex policy requests independently.
Deep understanding of the local Chesterfield insurance market and regulatory environment.
Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
