Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Annapolis, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within their respective position. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and advancements in antifouling technology.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the maritime industry and antifouling technology is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not necessary, based on industry experience and past results)
- Strong technical knowledge of systems and vessels in the respective position
