Oversee daily operations and drive performance across our insurance product lines.
Mentor and guide sales staff to help them sharpen their skills and grow their careers.
Create and execute strategies that deepen our footprint in the Erie community.
Maintain high standards of service to ensure every client feels valued and protected.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our sales processes and outreach efforts.
Manage performance metrics and ensure we meet our collective goals with integrity.
Current P&C or Life/Health producer license.
Three or more years of experience leading sales teams or managing insurance operations.
Strong command of agency management software and digital sales platforms.
A clear understanding of insurance product lines and regional market trends.
Ability to commute daily to our Erie, Pennsylvania office.
Proven history of coaching others to reach their professional potential.

Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
