The Opportunity
The Atlantic District is expanding and looking for a driven sales leader to manage and grow a high-performing sales operation. This is a role for someone who wants to lead a team, develop a client base, and be rewarded directly for the results they produce.
You won't be managing someone else's quota. You'll be building something: recruiting and developing your team, owning your market, and scaling your income alongside your performance.
What You'll Do
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals
- Develop and grow your own book of business within your territory
- Set the pace and culture for your operation — recruiting, training, and coaching
- Own the numbers: pipeline, production, and growth in your market
- Serve as the face of The Atlantic District in your regional market
