- Perform static and dynamic analyses to verify structural performance and compliance.
- Conduct fatigue and damage tolerance assessments with tools such as NASGRO or AFGROW.
- Apply classical hand calculation methods to support engineering decisions.
- Select materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes for optimal design.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop new products and processes.
- Prepare substantiation reports and documentation for certification purposes.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency with computer-aided engineering tools (SolidWorks, Catia, etc.).
- Experience performing static and/or dynamic analyses.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary design and development teams.
- Experience with FEA tools such as MSC Patran, Nastran, FEMAP, or ANSYS.
- Experience performing fatigue and damage tolerance analysis using NASGRO or AFGROW.
