Jr. Project Manager - Engineering

The Jr. Project Manager – Engineering supports the organization by managing multiple engineering projects, creating work orders and purchase orders in SAP, and tracking budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule and within financial targets. This role coordinates team meetings, monitors progress, and communicates with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage work orders and purchase orders in SAP to support project procurement.
• Track project budgets and report variances to keep spending within approved limits.
• Coordinate daily team meetings, monitor progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and risks to keep projects on schedule and aligned with objectives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in engineering or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; experience with Google Earth and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
