Summary
The Ash Group is hiring a Senior Recruiter for our client (one of the largest private credit providers in the U.S. agricultural economy). This is a Hybrid 6-month contract role based in Greenwood Village, CO, offering a pay rate of $48.00 per hour.
We are looking for a strategic Talent Advisor to join a team undergoing a major transformation. You will move beyond traditional sourcing to act as a consultant for the business, leveraging data and workforce planning to drive a high-touch recruitment experience.
Role Details
- Compensation: $48.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.
- Duration: 6-month contract.
- Location: Hybrid (Greenwood Village, CO). Must be in-office 2–3 days per week, including every Wednesday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in Engineering and Technical hiring to support the client's evolving technology landscape.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, market trends, and candidate qualifying.
- Act as a coach for leadership teams, helping them navigate new internal processes and a major change initiative within the HR organization.
- Manage a high-touch candidate experience, from initial qualifying and interviewing to salary negotiations and offer delivery.
- Leverage data and Gap Analysis to align with leaders on "Time to Fill" and "Time to Alignment" KPIs.
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, and SeekOut to identify and register top-tier professional talent.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional Experience: 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a mandatory background in In-House/Corporate Recruiting.
- Technical Niche: Proven track record in Engineering and Technical recruiting, managing complex requests and high-level professional roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to move beyond sourcing to advise the business on compensation, people development, and EEO strategies.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong experience with iCIMS (ATS) and advanced sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and SeekOut.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
