Summary
The Ash Group is hiring a Customer Success Associate (Digital Retention Specialist) for our client, a pioneering technology company providing hardware and software solutions that transform global productivity. This is a Hybrid 6-month contract-to-hire role based in Westminster, CO, offering a pay rate of $37.00 per hour. We are seeking a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish to proactively engage with the SketchUp user base, resolve adoption barriers, and drive long-term customer loyalty.
Role Details
- Compensation: $37.00 per hour.

- Duration: 6-month contract with strong Contract-to-Hire potential.
- Location: Hybrid (Westminster, CO). Must report to the office 4 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively engage with customers via outbound calls and messages to identify blockers to renewal and address reasons for potential service discontinuation.
- Take full ownership of customer issues, resolving needs independently to ensure high satisfaction and minimal escalations.
- Negotiate directly with customers to overcome adoption barriers and develop tailored plans to resolve pain points.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for retention, and strategies to reduce churn within the SketchUp ecosystem.
- Document all customer interactions and activities accurately within Salesforce to maintain a clear audit trail and customer history.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to handle complex escalations and develop content that supports customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is required (speaking, reading, and writing). Additional fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Professional Experience: 5 years of practical experience in customer service and retention, ideally within a digital sales or SaaS environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce for documenting interactions and the ability to rapidly learn new business systems.
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; must have a strong growth mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
