Summary
The Ash Group is hiring a Network Engineer for our client, a world-renowned telecommunications company providing the technology and equipment that enables global mobile connectivity and 4G/5G networks. This is a 10-month contract in Plano, TX offering a pay rate of 59.00 per hour based on skillset.
Role Details
- Compensation: $59.00 per hour.

- Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead for all technical activities in a large scale (major metropolitan area or statewide geographic area).
- Responsible for technical organization and oversight of work and demonstrated excellence in communications with team, project manager, and customer.
- Able to make recommendations to improve a network design (cell plan)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum ten (10) years’ experience with BSEE/BSCS or applicable experience. Recent experience in radio network design, implementation and/or tuning/optimization systems is required.
- Verizon and TMO experience are preferred.
- Experience in working with different services including 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA (License Assisted Access), 4G LTE, IOT, CBRS and/or multi-vendor
- Understanding of layer 3 messages for 4G and 5G
- Experience with the ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tool
- Must have an understanding of Monte Carlos Analysis
