Summary
The Ash Group is hiring a Benefits Specialist (24692) for our client, one of the largest private credit providers in the US agricultural economy. This is a 6-month contract position working in Greenwood Village, CO (Hyrbid). We are offering a pay rate up to $24/hr W2, based on skill set.
Role Details
- Compensation: Up to $24/hr W2 based on skill set

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct job evaluations and analyze salary surveys to appropriately level roles within clients' salary structure
- Create and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each position evaluated.
- Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise job architecture frameworks, job families, job descriptions, and career paths.
- Conducts market pricing, compensation benchmarking, cost analysis, and internal equity reviews to support compensation decisions and organizational competitiveness.
- Collaborates with business leaders and HR partners on organizational restructures, workforce planning, career pathing and career leveling initiatives.
- Understanding of applicable compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA and pay equity requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to interpret and communicate compensation data effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and consultative communication skills.
