Summary
The Ash Group is hiring a Sr. Recruiter (24683) for our client, one of the largest private credit providers in the US agricultural economy. This is a 6-month contract position working in Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid). We are offering a pay rate up to $49/hr W2 based on skill set.
Role Details
- Compensation: Up to $49/hr W2 based on skill set

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates. Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager.
- Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer’s needs.
- Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provides professional support to managers.
- Able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Must have exp with MS Office
- A Bachelor’s degree is a must
- Experience with ISIMs, LinkedIn Recruiter and Seekout is preferred
