At The Arc Erie County NY, our mission is simple: create opportunities for people with disabilities to live, work, and thrive in their communities.

We are currently hiring a Day Habilitation Manager to help lead daily programming that supports individuals in developing skills, building relationships, and engaging in community life.

What Your Day Might Include

• Guiding our Direct Support Professional (DSPs) staff as they support program participants
• Helping organize community-based activities
• Monitoring progress and service delivery
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Working directly with individuals in programming activities

What We’re Looking For
Experience in human services and a passion for helping others succeed.

Candidates may qualify with:

• Bachelor’s degree 1 year experience
• Associate’s degree 2 years’ experience
• High school diploma 5 years’ experience
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with approved driving record

Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. No nights, weekends or holidays worked!
Pay: $26.01 per hour
Location: 30 Wilson Road, Williamsville, NY 14221
