Williamsville NY I $28/hour | Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm)

At The Arc Erie County New York, you won’t just manage programs—you’ll shape services that empower people with developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for people with developmental disabilities.

• What You’ll Own
• Lead high-impact programs like Community Habilitation & Rental Subsidy
• Coach and develop Program Managers and frontline teams
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD and Medicaid standards
• Drive program growth, performance, and service quality
• Turn data into action to meet goals and expand services
• What Makes You a Fit
• Background in Human Services (varied degree/experience combos welcomed)
• Proven leadership experience (2 years supervising teams)
• Strong decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
