What You’ll Own

- Keep SSI, Medicaid, Medicare, and other benefits active and accurate
- Catch and fix issues before they impact individuals or billing
- Track payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure everything lines up
- Navigate systems like Social Security and Medicaid with confidence
- Work across teams to solve complex, real-time challenges

- Quick Requirements
- Associate’s degree 3 years related experience (or equivalent) OR
- High school diploma 5 years related experience (or equivalent)
- Valid NYS driver’s license
