The Arc Erie County NY is looking for a Coordinator of Day Habilitation to guide and strengthen our day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you’ll help shape meaningful daily experiences, support staff leadership, and ensure the people we support are able to thrive in their communities.

Monday through Friday / Daytime Schedule / 7:30am-4:00pm

In this role, you’ll help shape meaningful daily experiences, support staff leadership, and ensure the people we support are able to thrive in their communities.

Where You’ll Make an Impact
- Guide and support Day Habilitation managers and program teams
- Ensure individual service plan reflect each person’s goals, interests, and support needs
- Review program documentation and progress notes for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Partner with families, care coordinators, and service providers to support successful program participation
- Maintain strong, engaging programming that encourages independence and community involvement
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related human services field
- Prior experience (3 years) supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Leadership or program supervision experience preferred
- Valid New York State Driver’s License with approved record
