Responsibilities:
- Communication Hub: Function as the primary point of contact for all residents, effectively managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on leases and resident services.
- Digital Management: Maintain a strong online presence through regular postings and document management, keeping the community and prospective residents informed and engaged.
- Resident Onboarding: Seamlessly facilitate the onboarding process for new residents, promoting the use of preferred payment methods and the resident portal.
- Resident Support and Issue Resolution: Serve as a reliable resource for residents to address any non-maintenance-related complaints or concerns, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary. Foster open lines of communication to ensure resident satisfaction and a harmonious living environment.
- Lease Management: Oversee all aspects of lease management, including alterations, in-house transfers, and handling lease violations. From the addition or removal of residents and pets to lease infractions, ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining a fair and consistent living environment.
- Resident Offboarding: Oversee a smooth transition for residents moving out, addressing any questions or concerns they might have, scheduling move-out appointments, and facilitating the key return process. Maintain an organized system to ensure an efficient handover for all departing residents.
- Property Monitoring: Regularly assess the state of the property, reporting any issues or violations, and maintaining a clean, enjoyable environment for all residents.
- Team Support: Function as a backup to the Maintenance Administrator and Leasing Consultant as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Documentation: Keep meticulous records of all daily activities and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth flow of information and processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with all Fair Housing Guidelines and participate in any additional learning courses as required, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and development.
Essential Physical Qualifications:
- Bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, lifting to 15 pounds, stretching, squatting, and walking
Non-Essential Physical Qualifications:
- Running and lifting over 15 pounds
Authority:
- Recommend changes to the position and job duties which will improve efficiency and safety.
Relationships:
- Reports to the Property Manager
- Takes direction from the Assistant Property Manager and the Director of Property Management
- Internal contacts: managers and associates
- External contacts: residents, vendors, and guests
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
