Responsibilities
- Deliver NetSuite engagements with focus on Record to Report, Order to Cash, and/or Procure to Pay process areas.
- Partner with clients to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions that improve operational efficiency and financial visibility.
- Manage scope, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Guide and mentor consultants, supporting team development through coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
- Provide subject matter expertise on NetSuite functional workflows, best practices, and system configuration.
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements through additional services, enhancements, or optimization initiatives.
- Support the business development team with proof of concept, solution design, and engagement scoping.
- Manage project progress and quality standards, proactively addressing risks or delivery challenges.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives, including methodology improvement, training content, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with NetSuite product enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends to inform client solutions and practice strategy.
- Participate in thought leadership initiatives such as client events, webinars, blogs, and marketing content.
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of consulting or industry experience with Oracle NetSuite implementations.
- Experience working with Record to Report, Order to Cash, and/or Procure to Pay process areas.
- Demonstrated experience leading NetSuite implementations or major system transformation initiatives.
- Leadership experience mentoring consulting teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, client relationships, and project teams simultaneously.
- Experience supporting business development efforts, including proposals, solution design, and client presentations.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP architecture, modules, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior client stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CPA, NetSuite certification) preferred.
