Title: Corporate Associate Attorney

Pay: $180,000 - $280,000 (depending on relevant experience)
We are working with a business law firm who is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to support its growing transactional practice. The firm advises private companies, investors, and business owners on complex corporate matters and high-level transactions, offering a collaborative environment with strong client exposure and long-term growth opportunities.
This role involves assisting with client advisory work and supporting corporate transactions from initial structuring through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions from structuring through closing, including post-closing activities
- Draft and review transaction documents (purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related materials)
- Manage due diligence processes and assist with deal structuring and risk analysis
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders, while supporting corporate governance and ongoing advisory matters
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of corporate law experience in a law firm environment, with exposure to M&A or transactional work
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with experience reviewing transactional documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- JD from an accredited law school and active admission to the state bar in good standing, with strong communication and client management skills
