Quality Engineering Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Manager for their facility in the Murfreesboro, TN area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the quality department, overseeing quality engineers and technical staff
• Provide hands-on technical quality and engineering support on-site and to regional facilities
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics and process improvements
• Drive scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on quality concerns
• Develop and manage the departmental budget with P&L accountability
• Oversee internal audits and ensure compliance with IATF standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• 3 years of experience quality management
• 6 years of Quality Engineering experience
• Strong working knowledge of root cause analysis, GD&T, and quality tools
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
