A leading imaging provider in Southwest Florida is seeking MRI Technologists to join its highly skilled and patient-focused team. Multiple locations and shift options are available across the Naples and Bonita Springs area.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment where quality imaging, patient care, and professionalism are top priorities. The MRI Technologist will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
A shift differential is available for closing shift hours.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging process
- Educate patients and family members about MRI procedures and expectations
- Assist patients with positioning, transfers, and mobility using proper body mechanics and lifting techniques
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
- Deliver services appropriate to each patientβs age, condition, and clinical needs
Imaging & Technical Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI scans following established protocols and physician orders
- Maintain imaging quality standards and participate in quality control procedures
- Ensure accurate patient documentation and adherence to imaging center policies and procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues as necessary
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all MRI safety protocols, imaging standards, and OSHA guidelines
- Follow HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
- Complete incident reporting promptly when necessary
- Maintain a safe imaging environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI Technology program
- ARRT (MRI) certification preferred or eligible
- BLS certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of MRI safety procedures and imaging protocols
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical teams
