Responsibilities for a Data Control Analyst/ Customer Master Data Analyst include but are not limited to

• :Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy of contract membership, eligibility status, and account information across multiple systems
• .Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility, and customer segmentation within Revenue Manager, SAP, and related business platforms
• .Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies and account inconsistencies to ensure data integrity and compliance
• .Process customer account changes including additions, deletions, transfers, and updates throughout the customer lifecycle
• .Collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to support contract and membership data processes
