Job Summary
Our client is seeking an MRI Technologist in Naples, Florida. The technologist will independently perform high-quality MRI examinations while ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company and ACR standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a patient-focused approach to care.
Job Responsibilities: Perform MRI scans in accordance with established protocols and American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation standards Maintain compliance with MR safety, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations Provide compassionate patient care, education, and assistance during procedures Adjust scan parameters to obtain optimal image quality for all patient types Perform required quality assurance testing and documentation Accurately identify and label patient imaging information Maintain productivity standards comparable to peers Report incidents and customer concerns promptly Maintain ARRT certification and continuing education requirements Maintain current BLS certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent ARRT certification (required) ARRT registry in MRI (or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire) Minimum 1 year of medical imaging experience (required) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and assist with patient transfers,
