Healthcare Account Manager– Home Infusion Sales
Territory: Roanoke & Charlottesville, VA
Full-Time | Field-Based Sales Role
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Healthcare Account Executive to support business development and referral growth throughout the Roanoke and Charlottesville markets.
This role is responsible for developing and managing referral relationships with physicians, clinics, healthcare providers, and payors to drive patient referrals for chronic infusion therapies and IVIG services. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, healthcare providers, and payors Drive new patient referrals for chronic infusion and IVIG therapies Identify opportunities to expand market share and grow territory performance Serve as a trusted resource for referral partners and healthcare stakeholders Territory Growth & Sales Performance Achieve territory revenue and profitability goals Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive growth Analyze market trends, referral activity, and competitive opportunities Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout the territory Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with pharmacy, nursing, intake, reimbursement, and operations teams Ensure a seamless experience for referral sources and patients Assist in resolving service-related issues and customer concerns Support managed care and reimbursement initiatives as needed
