This physician leader will help drive quality of care, mentor providers, and partner with operational leadership to expand access to high-quality psychiatric services for individuals experiencing mental health crises, substance use disorders, and complex behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:
✔ Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
✔ Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
✔ Leadership experience is preferred, but physicians with a desire to grow into a leadership role are encouraged to apply
✔ Passion for behavioral health, crisis stabilization, and community-based psychiatric care
