Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and certified Building Automation & HVAC Project Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and strategic enhancement of our facility systems. In this role, you will lead complex building control projects, manage third-party vendors and contractors, and optimize energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise in Tridium/Niagara building automation systems with strong project management skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Tridium/Niagara BAS Certification (Niagara AX/N4 TCP/TCT).
- 3 years of hands-on experience with commercial BAS hardware and software platforms (Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, and/or Distech Controls).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of technical training and field experience).
Salary : $40 - $55
